How to book

Please call the dive centre to arrange your diving course on 020 8995 0002. At London School of Diving we pride ourselves on selling the right course to the right diver. So we believe that a phone call is the best way to achieve this.

Once we have established an available date that suits you, we will take a part payment and your details and send you your pre-study learning materials. We cannot hold places without part payment and we do not take American Express or Solo. If paying by cheque a longer lead time would be required as we bank and clear a cheque before sending out the pack. Cash is, of course, always welcome.

Terms and Conditions

Please be aware that the part payment or ‘deposits’ are not refundable.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your course we would require two weeks notice or an additional administration fee (maximum £100 but varies and is course dependent) will be charged. London School of Diving will do our best to find alternative dates that are suitable but cannot guarantee availability.
If you are prevented from attending due to illness then we will waive the fee on production of a valid and relevant doctor’s letter.

For all courses that require diving a medical statement will be sent to each participant, who must answer all the questions with Yes or No. If any questions require a “Yes” answer then a signature from a physician on the back of the form would be required to confirm the participant is fit to dive. If this is not done prior to attending the course we cannot allow the participant to dive and cancellation fees may be incurred.

The courses will only start when all pre requisites have been met including:

• Completion of all relevant forms signed and dated. These must be brought along to the first day of the course.
• Where applicable the pre-study of the materials completed in advance of attendance.

All courses are performance based and London School of diving will do all they can reasonably do to get participants through the course. This completion guarantee is subject to assessment of the students progress and may require extra sessions to repeat certain elements of the training. These may be subject to additional fees.
London School of Diving can give no guarantees that the course will finish at a specific time, all courses vary we can only give approximate times.
London School of diving cannot be responsible for travel arrangements to and from training sessions. Students agree to make adequate travel arrangements including planning the travel route leaving plenty of time and allowing for hold ups. If a Student arrives late it may not be possible for them to take part on the course and cancellation fees may be applied.
It is a requirement that all participants have their own copy of the learning materials. Please ensure you bring your copy with you to all sessions.
Students agree to do all pre study asked of them in their letter of confirmation. London School of Diving reserve the right to charge for any additional sessions required to fulfil these pre study requirements as courses will not be held back in these instances.
All participants must have their own copies of the learning materials where applicable. London School of Diving’s prices include the materials for each course and cannot reduce course prices if customers bring their own materials.
